We currently ship within the Netherlands and across the whole world.

All pieces are custom made with care and attention to detail. Please allow 5-10 business days for your order to be created before it ships.

Delivery within the Netherlands usually takes 2-5 business days after your item is completed. For international orders, please allow 5-14 business days for shipping. You’ll receive a conformation email with tracking details as soon as your order had been shipped.

Because all SHAYVOFFICIAL pieces are handmade and custom made to order, we do not offer standard returns or exchanges.

If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us at info@shayvofficial.com within 7 days of receiving your item. We’re happy to look into it and find a solution.
